I don't have any plans to support either of those right now.

MZX is a completely different technology to ZZT. Even though MZX takes it's roots from ZZT, there is hardly anything the same between the two. So support for MZX could be rather difficult, but then nothing is impossible...
Personally I would like to see ZiG support in DreamZZT. ZiG was such a cool software - it fully supported ZZT while bringing the games more closer in style to MZX. The only problem was that the editor built-in to ZiG was too complicated. I've played a couple of ZiG games though and they were incredibly good, so I'd like to see support for them in DreamZZT some day...

I haven't been able to find any documentation on ZiG. Do you have any links to download it and a sample ZiG game?
Thanks!

The official ZiG website doesn't work anymore, so the only documentation I can give you is the documentation included in the download. As for downloading ZiG, if you search for ZIG on http://zzt.belsambar.net/ you can download ZiG v2.1a and three ZiG games. That's about the only place you can find it nowadays...
Oh, and actually I was wrong to say it "fully supported ZZT Games", as you have to convert the ZZT Games to ZiG Games to get them to work. You can use ZZT2ZIG to do this - there's a download link for that there, too.

I was just searching the web, and I finally managed to find something that might be of use - a text document explaining ZIG's file structure. I've uploaded a copy of it to my website so it doesn't go missing. You can view it at http://www.hangman.co.nr/zigff.txt
Also, I found out that ZiG uses a different programming language to ZZT. ZiG uses a code called XOP, which is based on ZZT-OOP and is 95% compatible. However, XOP Code adds features such as variable support and unlimited flags, as well as extra commands. The documentation for XOP is built-in to ZiG, but I could probably find a textual format if you want.
Hope this helps!

Looks interesting, I'll have to play around with it when I get some time. I'm a bit busy with another project right now, but once I get the next version of that out of the way I'll have time to focus on DreamZZT again.

You're welcome. I just hope I get a little credit for finding all this for you ;)

Well, that explains your long nonappearance on the forums...
