The configuration file is located in your home directory, the filename is ".dcscquares". Yes, the filename has a typo, it will be corrected in the next version. I'll probably move it into Library/Application Support/ so it will be easier to find.

Files that start with a dot are hidden. The easiest way to delete the file is to open up the Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal) and type "rm ~/.dcscquares".
A beta of the next version should be available for the Mac in a few days.
