I have the exact same problem. Ever since October 7th MS wont scrobble any tracks played from my ipod. It only scrobbles tracks that are played from last.fm (radio). MS was the only way to scrobble what i listened to on my iPod. I tried plugging in the ipod to the computer and having the last.fm app scrobble the plays but sometimes it doesnt find any scrobbles at all and most of the time it only finds about half the songs that i listened to. MS was the only thing that worked. The cydia packages "scrobble" and "scrobbled" are unreliable as most of the time they dont even see that im playing music and dont scrobble it. I also noticed through last.fm blogs that a LOT of people are having this problem. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
