Exelent work on the BlapDay Beta. I really enjoy the BlapOut and air hockey modes :D and the menu/game music is great.

    I noticed a few bugs..

I can't seem to move my paddle when I select the "Distorted Space" level in the traditional mode.

DCBlap quits to my loader [DC Hakker] after I've changed levels/modes a few times. This might be because I burned it on something like the 20th session of the CD.

In the MultiBlapOut mode the computer will try to hit the wrong ball sometimes.. There is a ball coming towards it and one moving away, the computer tries to hit the one that is moving away from it.

Cool. Yeah the computer isn't very smart when it comes to more than one ball, I completly forgot about that one! That'll be fixed for 1.0. Not sure what's up with the distored space map, but the problem happens here too so I guess I'll rebuild that one.

Quitting back to the loader is weird though because it should be going back to the BIOS menu on a crash / quit. Do you have a serial cable / BBA that you could test with so I can see the debug info? If not I can just keep playing here 'till it crashes. Did you have any themes or secrets enabled? The only thing I can think of that would cause it not go to the menu would be a bad / corrupt texture, or corrupted texture RAM.

    Nope.

    Not every time it happened.

Maybe its just my Cd-r.. I used an old multisession disc that had a few scratches on it.

:D This just gets better and better - I remember playing V0.1 and thought that was cool, never thought it'd be updated all the way to this version - and it's only a beta!.

Bugs aside this is one great disc to burn for DC homebrew.

What's that in game backing track? - the sound samples sound familiar, if memory serves me right - there were similar samples on the PSX music generator discs.

I think the background tracks were done with MTV Music Generator. James would know more about that than me, though.

Yeah I created the Tracks in the windows port of MTV Music Generator, but i don't know if the samples are the same or not.

Also on the distorted space map, The error was global but i believe it was fixed for 1.0 already. dunno ask sam again :D
